    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide holistic, patient- and family-centered care across the continuum of the life cycle, with a focus on adult and geriatric populations in an ICU setting
    • Execute the Standards of Nursing Practice including assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation
    • Develop, implement, and revise individualized patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
    • Delegate appropriate activities to other patient care providers and coordinate care across disciplines
    • Float to other ICU units and medical/surgical units as staffing needs require
    • Participate in shared accountability and decision-making to define, implement, and improve practice standards and the care environment
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota
    • Minimum 1 year of RN experience
    • Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
    • Current ACLS certification (AHA or ARC)
    • Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations
    • Proficiency with Epic EMR
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience caring for fresh open heart surgery patients
    • Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation
    • Experience with Impella devices and intra-aortic balloon pumps
