Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Day Shift | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a 20-bed Critical Care / ICU unit with a 1:2 patient ratio
- Manage and monitor patients requiring mechanical ventilation, intracranial pressure (ICP) monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring
- Float to the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as needed based on unit demands
- Participate in an 8-hour non-billable orientation period upon assignment start
- Deliver care in accordance with established critical care protocols and facility standards
Required Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of current Critical Care / ICU experience
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
- Active American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS certification
- Active National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Demonstrated proficiency with ventilator management, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with Meditech Expanse electronic health record system
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
