Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Trauma-Surgical Intensive Care Unit setting during night shift hours
- Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients requiring intensive nursing intervention
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, manage ventilators, and operate advanced ICU equipment in accordance with facility protocols
- Adhere to all compliance, background check, and facility-specific standards throughout the duration of the assignment
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions or hits on record
- Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- ICU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
- Valid driver's license required to verify non-Arizona residency (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Experience in Trauma-Surgical ICU environments
- Flexibility with shifts, locations, and departments to support placement efficiency
