Schedule / Job TypeContract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours/Week | Every Third Weekend Required
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) setting during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Prior experience in an ICU or critical care setting
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) environment
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in high-acuity patient populations
