Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
- Float between ICU, Progressive Care Unit (PCU), and Medical-Surgical units as needed
- Deliver high-quality nursing care across varying patient acuity levels
- Adapt to rotating shift schedules, including consecutive weekend assignments as required
Required Qualifications- Active Hawaii Registered Nurse (RN) license required prior to contract start date
- Clinical experience in ICU nursing
- Ability to float between ICU, PCU, and Medical-Surgical units
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including consecutive weekends
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience working in a PCU or Medical-Surgical environment in addition to ICU
- Experience in a float or multi-unit nursing role
