    Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

    Gilbert, AZ

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 3 x 12-hour shifts per week, Sunday–Saturday

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
    • Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions in accordance with ICU protocols
    • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by the care team
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
    • Respond to changes in patient status and initiate appropriate emergency interventions as needed
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions on record
    • Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
    • Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
    • Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
    • Active driver's license required to verify residency (Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment)
    • ICU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
    • Experience working in an acute care or full-service hospital environment
