    Contract | Nights, 3x12 Hours (19:00–07:30) | Every Other Weekend | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care as part of a float pool, rotating between CCU, Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Rehabilitation units as needed
    • Deliver high-quality nursing care during overnight shifts in an acute care environment
    • Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions using EPIC electronic health records
    • Adapt clinical practice to varying patient populations across assigned units, including potential care of COVID-positive patients
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
    Required Qualifications
    • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license with no license hits
    • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or ARC only
    • Experience with EPIC electronic health records
    • Ability to float to CCU, Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Rehabilitation units as needed
    • Willingness to work every other weekend and holidays as needed
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Strong EPIC charting proficiency is heavily preferred
    • Prior float pool or multi-unit experience in an acute care setting
    • Comfort and experience caring for a diverse patient population including ICU and step-down level patients
