Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a 12-bed Med-Surg ICU setting within a community hospital environment
- Manage ICU patient assignments at a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Support Intermediate Care (IMC) assignments at a 3:1 nurse-to-patient ratio as needed
- Collaborate with charge nurses, resource RNs, and clinical technicians as part of an integrated care team
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently using EPIC EMR
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – must be American Heart Association (AHA)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a community hospital ICU setting
- Familiarity with IMC-level patient care
