Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience in an intensive care or critical care setting
- Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and rotating holidays
Preferred Experience / Skills- CCRN certification or working toward certification
- Experience with ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
