Critical Care Registered Nurse – ICU

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
- Float to all inpatient areas as needed, including ICU, Stepdown, and Med/Surg units
- Manage a patient assignment with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4–6 depending on unit
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotation on an every-other basis
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Experience in critical care or ICU nursing
- Ability to float to Stepdown and Med/Surg inpatient areas
- Availability for night shift, weekend, and holiday rotation
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience working across multiple inpatient care levels (ICU, Stepdown, Med/Surg)
- Comfort and flexibility with float pool or multi-unit assignments
