    Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Onsite | Projected Start: July 6, 2026

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a 9-bed ICU with patient ratios of 2:1 and 3:1 in an all-RN staff environment
    • Manage ventilators, Alaris IV pumps, and GE monitors; perform IV drip titration and arterial line management
    • Support and assist with procedures including intubation, central line insertions, and arterial line insertions
    • Document patient care accurately using the Meditech documentation system
    • Participate in self-scheduling with manager oversight, including 3–4 weekend shifts per schedule period
    • Float as needed to Med-Surg or ED to support critical staffing needs; adhere to patient experience standards including AIDET and bedside shift report (BSSR)
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
    • Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
    • Proficiency with ventilator management and IV drip titration
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills
    • Compliance with required dress code: Navy Blue Scrubs
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience supporting new graduate RNs in a clinical setting
    • Familiarity with Meditech electronic documentation system
    • Background working in a Chest Pain Center or Stroke-accredited facility
