Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with care plans and facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver high-quality critical care
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation throughout the shift
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Valid driver's license to verify residency (non-Arizona residents only)
- ICU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
- Familiarity with working across multiple facility types, shifts, and departments
