Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU Nights
LocationBirmingham, Alabama
Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) with alternating weekends
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting during night shift hours
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using Cerner EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with ICU protocols
- Respond to changes in patient status and initiate appropriate clinical interventions
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Alabama
- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- NIHSS certification
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and workflows
