Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 12-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Plan, direct, assess, and provide nursing care in the ICU in accordance with established mission, philosophy, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrate and communicate exceptional clinical knowledge and skill with a high sense of accountability for nursing practice
- Serve as a role model and leader within the unit, supporting the mentoring and retention of nursing staff
- Function effectively under the leadership of the Unit Manager, Nursing Supervisor, and/or Charge Nurse
- Provide patient education and support as appropriate within the ICU setting
Required Qualifications- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an ICU setting
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Local candidates will not be considered for this travel assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a critical access or community hospital ICU environment
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new facilities, teams, and patient populations
