    Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Nights (3x12, 19:00–07:30) | Weekend availability required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting within an acute hospital environment
    • Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using Epic electronic health records
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Float to like units within the facility or affiliate locations as needed to meet staffing needs
    • Participate in on-call rotations as required and fulfill weekend shift obligations
    • Work a minimum of 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year)
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand (pending license accepted for submission, but license must be in hand for offer)
    • Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
    • Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
    • Proficiency with Epic charting system
    • Candidate's permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
    • Must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays and include all requested time off at time of submission
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma, or high-acuity acute care hospital
    • Familiarity with travel nursing compliance processes, including module completion and reference submission
