Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver critical care to adults and geriatrics in a fast-paced ICU setting
- Manage complex cases including ECMO, ventilators, and cardiac drips with precision
- Monitor and respond to life-saving needs like arterial lines, IABPs, and stroke protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Perform EKGs, sheath removals, and advanced procedures that make a real difference
- Float within scope to support facility needs while upholding top safety standards
