Registered Nurse - ICU
Location: Manchester, New Hampshire
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, every third weekend required
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality intensive care to a diverse patient population in a 20-bed ICU
- Monitor telemetry, manage ventilators, titrate critical drips, and respond to emergencies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
- Perform and assist with procedures such as central line insertion, chest tube management, and cardioversion
- Float to Progressive Care as needed, supporting unit needs
- Maintain accurate documentation in Sunrise EMR
Qualifications
- 2 years of recent ICU or PCU experience required
- Active RN license in New Hampshire or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Experience with critical drips, vents, and telemetry preferred
- Must be adaptable, organized, and ready to hit the ground running
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry monitoring
- Ventilator management
- Critical care drips (e.g., Impella, IABP, CRRT)
- Procedures: chest tubes, central lines, arterial lines
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Team collaboration and effective communication
