Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-acuity care to critically ill patients in a 21-bed ICU
- Manage ventilators, titrate vasopressor drips, and respond swiftly to changing patient conditions
- Collaborate with an intensivist-led team available 24/7 for seamless patient outcomes
- Support procedures such as intubations, central line insertions, bronchoscopies, and endoscopies
- Deliver exceptional care to sepsis, arrhythmia, and complex medical-surgical patients
- Float to Telemetry and partner HealthONE facilities when needed to support system-wide excellence
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
- BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care hospital ICU experience
- Cardiac experience and CRRT skills are a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making in high-acuity settings
- Proficient with Meditech EMR and Hospira IV pumps
- Team-oriented mindset with a great sense of humor
- Comfortable floating between units and facilities
