Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN to join the Intensive Care Unit team on a travel assignment in Falmouth, Massachusetts. This role involves delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment, with potential to float to Med/Surg Tele units as needed.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit
  • Deliver patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Administer and monitor patient responses to all medications
  • Guide patient care, teaching, and activities of ancillary personnel
  • Maintain accurate and current patient records
  • Provide comprehensive documentation of patient assessments
  • Communicate pertinent data to allied patient care providers
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the role of charge nurse
  • Utilize computerized nursing informatics
  • Participate in monitoring and evaluating quality of care
  • Adhere to safety, blood/body fluid policies and procedures

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Graduate of a School of Nursing
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • CCHC Pharmacology and Basic Arrhythmia exams
  • Prior critical care experience required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Preferred: Completion of De-escalation Certification Course
  • Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Preferred: Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification
  • Preferred: Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) certification
  • Preferred: Skills in hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator care, and ICP monitoring
