Location: Southampton, NY

Pay: $2,787.12 weekly

Shifts: 7P - 7:30A

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for a Travel ICU role in Southampton, NY. This role requires expertise in both the ICU and ER, providing a dynamic and challenging work environment where shared housing is available at a cost. The successful candidate will be able to float to CCU and ED as needed and preferably have cardiac cath experience.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel
  • Uses the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Collects data relevant to patient's condition and reports critical values to physician in a timely manner.
  • Assesses appropriate lab and diagnostic data.
  • Documents findings of physical assessment and identifies abnormal findings.
  • Develops plan of care based on patient need.
  • Advocates on behalf of the patient and their family.
  • Performs interventions according to patient need and hospital policy.
  • Evaluates patient outcomes in relation to goals.
  • Adheres to all safety guidelines and exercises the utmost care when interacting with patients.
  • Demonstrates a professional demeanor in interactions and maintains open communication with nursing management.
  • Will float to North 2, North 3, ICU/CCU, or ED as necessary.

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current Licensure to practice in New York State.
  • Current BLS provider certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Current ACLS provider certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Current PALS provider certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Recent Emergency Department experience.
  • Recent critical care experience.
  • NIHSS Certification.
  • Moderate Sedation Certification.
  • Current TNCC.
  • Must be able to work every other weekend.
