Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for a Travel ICU role in Southampton, NY. This role requires expertise in both the ICU and ER, providing a dynamic and challenging work environment where shared housing is available at a cost. The successful candidate will be able to float to CCU and ED as needed and preferably have cardiac cath experience.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel- Uses the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Collects data relevant to patient's condition and reports critical values to physician in a timely manner.
- Assesses appropriate lab and diagnostic data.
- Documents findings of physical assessment and identifies abnormal findings.
- Develops plan of care based on patient need.
- Advocates on behalf of the patient and their family.
- Performs interventions according to patient need and hospital policy.
- Evaluates patient outcomes in relation to goals.
- Adheres to all safety guidelines and exercises the utmost care when interacting with patients.
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor in interactions and maintains open communication with nursing management.
- Will float to North 2, North 3, ICU/CCU, or ED as necessary.
Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Licensure to practice in New York State.
- Current BLS provider certification from the American Heart Association.
- Current ACLS provider certification from the American Heart Association.
- Current PALS provider certification from the American Heart Association.
- Recent Emergency Department experience.
- Recent critical care experience.
- NIHSS Certification.
- Moderate Sedation Certification.
- Current TNCC.
- Must be able to work every other weekend.
