Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 8 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 36-48 hours per week Experience: Preferred acute care facility experience License: Required RN licensure in the state of practice Certifications: Required CPR or BLS certification from an approved vendor Must-Have: Experience in EPIC and Cerne Description: Delivers coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff. Coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment. Collects relevant data pertinent to the patient's health or situation. Analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues. Develops a plan that prescribes interventions to attain desired outcomes. Implements the plan, coordinates care delivery, and promotes a safe environment. Evaluates progress toward achieving outcomes. Identifies outcomes for the patient or situation. Collaborates with the team of patients, families, and healthcare providers in providing care. Provides learning opportunities for patients, family members, and team members. Directly provides health information to patients and families.
