Supported by a collaborative and dedicated nursing team, you will have the opportunity to provide the highest quality care to your patients. Your responsibilities will include delivering nursing care in the ICU unit, which entails assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients. You will communicate with various health care team members, patients, and their families. You will also coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues. Updating and managing patient records will be part of your duties. Additionally, you will enter and interpret computerized data and information. Following guidelines and policies established by the nursing department is essential. You will assist the leadership team as needed in quality improvement projects.
