Ability to work independently and quickly. CVICU experience is a plus. Description: Our facility is seeking highly qualified ICU Nurses. Candidates must have recent ICU experience and the ability to handle complex patient situations. Experience with equipment such as balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, and TTM management is beneficial. Flexibility to float to other units, including steps down, med-surg, and possibly behavioral health, is required. References from recent supervisors in specialty areas must be provided.
