Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit
Utilize critical thinking skills to manage and monitor patient care in an ICU setting
Perform central line and dialysis catheter insertions
Operate equipment such as Impella, GE monitors, Temporary Pacemakers, and perform Hemodynamic monitoring
Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit
BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required
Strong critical thinking skills and self-motivation
Experience with central line and dialysis catheter insertions
