Candidates should outline all departments they are experienced in and willing to work. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept. Immediate notification is required if the candidate withdraws or is no longer available. Travel experience is highly preferred. Description: Candidates must have a minimum of 24 months of ICU/CCU experience with recent experience in the last 12 months. Life support certifications must be from an approved vendor. Candidates must have no hits on their state license to practice. A driver's license is required to verify residency. Candidates should complete the skills checklist for ICU within the last 12 months. Active licenses to practice must be verified within the last 30 days. All documentation must be submitted as required. Candidates must adhere to all background check standards.
