Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nurse Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 24 months ICU experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months License: Active license to practice verified within the last 30 days Certifications: Active ACLS certification from an approved vendor Active BLS certification from an approved vendor Must-Have: Candidates must be experienced and willing to work Neuro ICU. Weekend and holiday requirements apply. Candidates must not have any hits on their state license to practice. Candidates' driver's licenses will be required to verify residency. Travel experience is highly preferred. Description: Candidates should clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept. The more flexible they are with locations, shifts, and departments, the faster an offer can be secured. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later. Requests for time off (RTO) must be included and cannot exceed 7 days. No RTO is permitted during the first week of assignment. Candidates should list all facilities they are willing to work in. They should specify facility names, states, or all, if open to any facility in any state. All shifts the candidate is willing to work should be specified. All departments the candidate is experienced in and willing to work should be outlined. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept. Immediate notification is required if the candidate withdraws or is no longer available. Candidates must complete the ICU skills checklist within the last 12 months.
