Job Title: Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours
Experience: Minimum of 24 months ICU experience with recent experience in the last 12 months
License: Active license to practice verified within the last 30 days
Certifications:
- BLS from an approved vendor
- ACLS from an approved vendor
Must-Have:
- Candidates must float between designated facilities
- Must clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept
- Candidates must be able to start on the specified start date, or no more than one week later
- Requests for time off (RTO) must be included on the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days
- No RTO during the first week of assignment
- Candidates should specify all facilities, shifts, and departments they are willing to work in
- All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept
- Immediate notification required if the candidate withdraws or is no longer available
