All departments candidates have experience in and are willing to work must be listed. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept. Immediate notification is required if the candidate withdraws or becomes unavailable. Active life support certifications must be from approved vendors. Strict adherence to all background check standards is required. ICU skills checklist must be completed in the last 12 months.
