Leadership within the nursing team is essential. Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team. Focus on promoting evidence-based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families. Caring for a wide range of patients, from neonates to geriatrics. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Care for cardiovascular patients who have undergone various procedures. Experienced in caring for patients undergoing interventional and non-interventional procedures. Provides advanced therapies requiring specialized equipment.
