Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and specialized treatments
  • Operate and monitor ventilators, cardiac monitors, and other critical care equipment
  • Respond rapidly to emergencies and changes in patient conditions
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes
Requirements
  • Active RN License in Arizona
  • Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
  • BLS and ACLS Certifications required
  • Experience with ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical care equipment preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced ICU environment
