Job Details

- Schedule: 3x12
- Experience Required: 2 Years
- Weekly Pay: $2100 to $2300
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously
- Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and specialized treatments
- Operate and monitor ventilators, cardiac monitors, and other critical care equipment
- Respond rapidly to emergencies and changes in patient conditions
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes
Requirements
- Active RN License in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS Certifications required
- Experience with ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical care equipment preferred
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced ICU environment
