✔️ Work at a respected 404-bed regional medical center
✔️ ICU Ratios of 1:2 (1:1 for select critical patients)
✔️ Opportunity for contract extension
✔️ Cerner EMR Experience
Provide high-quality care to critically ill ICU patients.
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment and recovery plans.
Float to Step Down and Emergency Department holding patients as needed.
✅ Active Michigan RN License
✅ Minimum 2 Years of Recent ICU Experience
✅ BLS (AHA) Certification
✅ ACLS Certification
✅ NIHSS Certification
✅ Comfortable Floating to Step Down and ED
⭐ Previous Travel Nursing Experience
⭐ Neuro ICU / Neuro Surgical Experience
⭐ Open Heart or CVICU Experience
⭐ CCRN, TNCC, TCAR, or SCRN Certifications
