Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU- Manage critically ill patients with various conditions, including sepsis, COPD, CHF, and acute cardiac issues.
- Perform stroke assessments and manage cardiac rhythm interpretations.
- Administer and manage critical care drips, including cardiac drips and medication titration.
- Coordinate ventilator care and support with RT assistance.
- Perform chest tube care, manage central venous pressure lines, and conduct wound care.
- Provide NGT placement, manage drainage tubes, and operate PCA pumps.
Requirements of the RN - ICU- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- 18 months to 2 years of ICU RN experience
- First-time travelers accepted
