  • Weekly Pay: $2040 to $2240
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to critically ill ICU patients
  • Continuously monitor and assess patient conditions
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and specialized treatments
  • Operate and monitor critical care equipment including ventilators and cardiac monitors
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Respond rapidly to emergencies and changes in patient conditions
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes
Requirements
  • Active RN License in Arizona
  • Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
  • BLS and ACLS Certifications required
  • Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
  • Experience with ventilators and critical care monitoring equipment preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced ICU environment
