Job Details

- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Shift: Night Shift
- Schedule: 12x3
- Experience Required: 2 Years
- Weekly Pay: $2040 to $2240
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill ICU patients
- Continuously monitor and assess patient conditions
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and specialized treatments
- Operate and monitor critical care equipment including ventilators and cardiac monitors
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Respond rapidly to emergencies and changes in patient conditions
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes
Requirements
- Active RN License in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS Certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
- Experience with ventilators and critical care monitoring equipment preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced ICU environment
