Job Details
  • Position: Registered Nurse - ICU

  • Contract Length: 13 Weeks
  • Shift: Day Shift
  • Schedule: 3x12
  • Experience Required: 2 Years
  • Weekly Pay: $2000 to $2200
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuously monitor patient conditions
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and critical care treatments as prescribed
  • Operate and monitor ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and other specialized equipment
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition
  • Assist with critical procedures and patient stabilization efforts
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection prevention, and quality care standards
Requirements
  • Active RN License in New Hampshire
  • Minimum 2 years of recent ICU or Critical Care nursing experience
  • Current BLS Certification required
  • ACLS Certification required
  • NIHSS certification preferred
  • Experience with ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and vasoactive drips preferred
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced critical care environment
