This role requires proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring, vasopressor management, ventilator knowledge, and CRRT, with at least one year of ICU experience. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit- Monitor and manage hemodynamic variables
- Administer and monitor vasopressor usage
- Operate ventilators efficiently
- Manage continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT)
- Maintain accurate records and communicate patient status effectively
Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit- Active Georgia RN license or compact
- ACLS, BLS certifications
- Pass dysrhythmia test
- Associate's degree or diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred
- Proficiency with Epic system preferred
