Must provide a utility bill in the traveler’s name with a matching address within the last three months.
Address must be greater than 75 miles from the contracted facility.
Candidates may be required to float to meet facility needs.
Willingness to float to other areas is essential.
No prior license issues are acceptable.
Candidates must have a minimum of one year separation from previous employment to be eligible for submission.
All submissions must include two supervisory references.
