Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit
  • Provide attentive and compassionate care to patients and their families
  • Manage patient ratios of 2:1, with variance based on acuity and staffing
  • Operate and manage equipment such as ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, and EV 1000
  • Perform procedures including insertion of central lines and arterial lines

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit
  • Active RN license
  • ACLS certification
  • BLS certification
  • ICU experience
