The staff includes experienced nurses and critical care technicians. Patient ratios typically range from 1:2 to 1:1 or 1:3 based on acuity. Common medical equipment used includes Pyxis, Plum Pump IVs, and GE bedside monitors. Candidates should possess strong critical care skills and a patient-centered attitude. Flexibility and a willingness to assist the team are essential qualities. The facility is preparing for a level II trauma survey this year.
