This role is focused in a burn unit. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience and travel experience. Float requirements apply to this position. Weekend shifts are required. The patient care includes managing wound care, pain management, and assisting with intubation. Candidates should have experience managing ventilated patients and understanding specific protocols related to critical care. The position involves care of patients with diagnoses such as burns, septic conditions, and respiratory failure. Skills required include arterial line management, central line care, and interpretation of dysrhythmias. Strong teamwork and collaboration with interdisciplinary support teams are essential in this role. Additional responsibilities include administration of emergency medications and management of patients with multisystem organ dysfunction.
