Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: Participative scheduling. Manager reserves right to move staff around to fill in gaps in schedule at time of submission, minimum 3 weekend shifts per month, block scheduling not guaranteed. Floating policy: Must float to other units in the facility as required. PCU/Medical surgical Patient Experience requirements: Nurses explain care and medications, nurses treat with courtesy and respect, call light answered timely. Hospital Specifics- Certifications: ACLS, BLS. CCRN a plus. Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: Cardiac critical care experience Advanced skills needed: Ability to care for post open heart minimum of 1 to 2 days postop.
