Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
Serves as a resource regarding insertion and maintenance of vascular access devices and procedures.
Evaluates status of interventions and patient goals for the purpose of reassessment and revision of the plan of care and discharge planning.
Provides instruction and information to staff, patients, and their families regarding the use and care of vascular access devices.
Ceil blue scrubs required.
