Job Requirements

• Active Texas RN license or multistate RN license
• Current ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Strong experience with critical care equipment and patient monitoring
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and advanced treatments as ordered
• Monitor vital signs and respond quickly to changes in patient status
• Support ventilator management and other critical care equipment as needed
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Document care accurately and advocate for the needs of each patient
• Provide education and reassurance to patients and their families
