Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to join the adult intensive care team at a healthcare facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role involves providing critical care to patients with complex health conditions, including sepsis, respiratory failure, substance abuse disorders, endocrine disorders, and psychiatric disorders. The position offers a stable, full-time schedule during night shifts, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: RN license, ACLS certification, BLS certification, 2 years of ICU experience, comprehensive assessment skills, experience caring for septic patients and mechanically ventilated patients with hemodynamic monitoring devices, located in Indianapolis, Indiana
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CRRT, Epic EMR system
  • Float: Float rotation may be required to other inpatient areas when home unit is low census
  • Additional Information: Orientation includes modules completed on the first day, Epic training if needed, and one day of orientation in the unit
