Job Summary:
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Newberg, Oregon. This role involves providing specialized care to adult and geriatric patients in a short-term acute care facility. The position requires flexibility to float between units and facilities, with a focus on critical patient care. The assignment begins on 08/31/2026 and is scheduled for dayshift coverage.

Job Details:

  • Location: Newberg, Oregon
  • Shift Schedule: Days, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: 1 year of clinical experience as an ICU RN, current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications, valid nursing license, and ability to float between units.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic charting system, patient care in trauma level II centers, and previous travel experience.
  • Float: Float to other units may be required based on skill set. Floating to sister facilities may occur, with potential incentives and accommodations such as hotel stays for consecutive shifts.
  • Additional Information:
    • Must have a vehicle for this assignment.
    • Candidates must be able to work 3 of the 5 designated holidays and include all RTO or specific scheduling requests during submission.
    • Candidates should not contact facility staff directly unless authorized.
    • Candidates must provide 2 references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years.
    • Time spent on pre-start modules is self-reported and recorded in Workramp transcripts.
    • Any prior employment at a related facility should be disclosed in the application.
