Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Neuro ICU position requiring a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience and an active AZ or compact RN license.

Details

  • Position is in a Neuro ICU (NICU) hospital setting
  • Day shift schedule: 07:00–19:30
  • 36 hours per week on a 13-week contract
  • Scheduling is not self-directed — candidates must be open to working any day of the week

Requirements

  • Active AZ or compact RN license required
  • Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
  • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and CPI — Prevention First (30-minute on-demand online course) is the accepted CPI format for ICU
  • SSN (full preferred, last 4 acceptable), DOB, and valid driver's license required for consideration
  • One professional reference required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
  • RTO requests should not exceed 7 days for the duration of the contract
  • Candidates who have previously worked for Tenet Healthcare as a permanent employee must obtain MSP approval prior to being considered
