Job Summary
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse position is available in Franklin, Wisconsin. This role involves working on a specialized acuity adaptable unit that is not a pure intensive care setting. The nurse will be responsible for providing care to post-cath patients, patients requiring continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), and those with balloon pumps and Swan Ganz catheters. The position requires proficiency in sheath pulls and experience with advanced cardiovascular procedures, with additional competency in EPIC electronic health records. The assignment offers a nights shift schedule, with a minimum of 36 hours per week starting on 08/09/2026.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, 2 years of nursing experience including ICU experience in post-cath patients, CRRT, balloon pump, Swan Ganz catheter experience, competency in sheath pulls, prior travel experience, proficiency with EPIC electronic health records, located within 40 miles of the facility, and able to float within skill set if required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with sheaths, advanced cardiovascular procedures, ICU setting in a travel capacity.
• Additional Information: This role involves working on an acuity adaptable unit that is not a purely intensive care environment. The position may require float coverage within the scope of skills, both onsite and to neighboring sites.
