Position

• Role: ICU RN – Float Pool
• Facility: Grady Memorial Hospital

Floating Requirements

The RN must be willing to float to:

• All Critical Care Units
• Emergency Department (ED)
• ER Holds (if assigned to the actual ED, patient assignments will be limited)
• Medical Telemetry/Step-Down Unit
• PACU (for hold patients, if needed)

Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU RN experience
• Experience in a similar-sized facility
• Experience floating to multiple critical care areas is preferred

Required Certifications

• Active RN License
• BLS
• ACLS

Charting System

• Epic EMR

Submission Requirements

• Minimal Requested Time Off (RTO)
• Complete demographic information
• Badge-appropriate professional photo

Schedule

• Night Shift
• 36 guaranteed hours per week

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced ICU RN with at least 2 years of recent ICU experience
• Comfortable floating to multiple critical care areas, including the ED, Step-Down, and PACU
• Proficient with Epic EMR
• Flexible with scheduling and minimal RTO during the assignment
