- Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care
- Coordinate staffing assignments to meet patient needs and regulatory requirements
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor and enforce compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
- Handle emergencies and patient flow issues with confidence and efficiency
Qualifications
- Active California RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory or charge nurse role
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Education
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
