The RN House Supervisor serves as the clinical and administrative leader responsible for overseeing hospital operations during assigned shifts. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care by coordinating staffing resources, responding to critical events, supporting nursing staff, and serving as the administrative resource for all departments during non-operating hours.
